THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) says political parties or individuals not contesting in the Chawama and Kasama by-elections must refrain from using their campaign regalia during the by-elections. ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro says the usage of party regalia and symbols that do not belong to participating candidates has the potential to confuse voters and undermine the electoral process.
