NDOLA High Court Judge Lameck Mwale says there has been an increasing willingness by the Judiciary to encourage litigants to explore alternative dispute resolutions before or after going to trial. Judge Mwale also says the court disposed of 208 cases last year, with 36 cases carried over to 2026, representing a disposal rate of 85.2 percent.
