NORTHERN Province Police Commanding officer Lucky Munkondya says Brian Mundubile was blocked in Kasama because he didn’t follow the schedule given by Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ). On Tuesday, a video circulated on Facebook, in which Mundubile and George Chisanga were seen confronting police while they were conducting a roadshow in Kasama, ahead of the Kasama Mayoral by-election. Mundubile was seen in a heated argument with the police officer but the matter was later resolved.
