THE Lusaka City Council (LCC) has announced that it will this year sponsor 929 youths under the 2026 CDF Skills Development Bursary component in Mandevu Constituency. According to the Council, the beneficiaries were selected from a total of 1,436 applications received, with priority given to vulnerable youths who demonstrated a genuine need for financial support.
