CHOPPIES Zambia has partnered with the University of Zambia to roll out a management development programme, targeted at training fresh graduates from the institution in management roles. Speaking at the MoU signing ceremony, Friday, Choppies Human Resource Country Head Paul Monde said the initiative was aimed at strengthening skills development, youth employment and succession planning in Zambia’s retail sector. “The Think Programme is a management development programme designed to prepare future managers and leaders.
