WHEN 29-year-old Moses Sichone stands behind his welding machine in Shikoswe Ward, Kafue, sparks flying as metal bends into shape, he sees more than just steel and tools; he sees opportunity made possible through the Constituency Development Fund (CDF). Sichone is a member of Kafue Youth Emerging Business (KYEB), a 21-member youth cooperative specializing in metal fabrication and welding, producing door frames, windows and other metal fittings for households and small projects in the area.
