SOME Zambians in Mapatizya Constituency’s Kamukkeza area used to cross illegally into Zimbabwe to access health services until the construction of Kamukkeza health facility under CDF, Zimba District Health Director Dr Milimo Kayawa has revealed. Meanwhile, Zimba District Council Secretary Collins Simoonga says the residents of Kamukkeza who were displaced from their villages due to the construction of the Kariba Dam have had no health facility since Independence.
