CATHOLIC Bishop Right Reverend George Lungu says the repeated failure by government to pay farmers in time reveals a serious lack of respect for the dignity of the farmer. And Citizens First president Harry Kalaba says when he wins the August polls, farmers will be getting paid a day after selling their maize to the FRA.
