PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has observed that Africa is the continent that does the least business with itself, stating that today’s elected leaders are determined to change this situation. The President highlighted this yesterday when he hosted the Chairman of Burundi’s ITRACOM Group of Companies, Adrien Ntigacika, whose firm has expressed interest in investing in an organo-mineral fertiliser plant in Zambia using cow dung. Ntigacika says the company plans to establish a fertiliser plant with an annual production capacity of one million metric tonnes.
