MINISTER of Finance and National Planning Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane has urged law enforcement agencies to establish how much funding was released for the construction of Ntumpa University in Northern Province. Dr Musokotwane says it is shocking that only a small wall fence has been constructed, despite funds being released by the previous government. In 2018, the PF government contracted China Energy Engineering Construction Company for the construction of Ntumba University at a cost of $112.5 million. The project was set to be completed in 2020.
