MINISTER of Information and Media Cornelius Mweetwa says “Mingalato” will be in high gear in the August general elections, stating that “after all, there’s no strong opposition”. And Mweetwa says President Hakainde Hichilema will mobilise resources locally to fund his election campaign. Addressing the media, Wednesday, Mweetwa, who is also the UPND spokesperson, insisted that Mingalato (political schemes) had nothing to do with rigging.
