ZNPHI says it has recorded 12 new cholera cases as of February 3, 2026, bringing the cumulative total to 797 cases. The Zambia National Public Health Institute has also disclosed that about 33,019 people in Chainda township have received oral cholera vaccines as part of efforts to stop transmission in 2026.
