THE Higher Education Authority (HEA) has expressed concern over the presence of fake professors in the country. HEA Director General Professor Kazhila Chinsembu says to curb the proliferation of fake professors, the Authority plans to propose amendments to the Higher Education Act to introduce a mandatory recognition system for professors.
