MOVEMENT for National Renewal leader John Sangwa says Lusaka should not get less than 30 constituencies after the delimitation exercise. Sangwa has also insisted that his movement will reach the one million target by the end of February. Speaking when he featured on Diamond TV, Tuesday, Sangwa said there was need to ensure a fair distribution of constituencies based on population. “The key issue is to make sure that there’s a fair distribution of the population in each one of the constituencies.
