ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro says the constitutional reforms introduced under the 2025 Amendment Act require the Commission to enhance its preparedness and professionalism ahead of the general elections. Kasaro has also urged District Electoral Officers to ensure transparency and inclusivity in the delimitation process by engaging stakeholders as the Commission prepares to publish the expanded constituencies and new boundaries by April 15, 2026.
