MINISTER of Youth, Sport and Arts Elvis Nkandu has told Shiwang’andu PF MP Stephen Kampyongo that the people of Chinsali and Shiwang’andu will remember him for throwing teargas. Yesterday, Kampyongo, who is a former minister of Home Affairs, asked Nkandu in Parliament how he would like to be remembered by the people of Chinsali, stating that his tour of duty ends in two months without delivering the sports infrastructure he had promised.
