RESIDENTS in Msanga Ward, Walela area, Chipata Central Constituency, have expressed frustration over the poor state of the Walela-Chizongwe road. The road, which leads to Chizongwe STEM School, popularly known as Chizzy Metals, and Walela Primary School, is in a terrible condition, forcing residents to walk through water and mud to access basic services in Chipata Town.
