THE Committee on Local Government Accounts recently reprimanded Kabwe Municipal Council over stalled Constituency Development Fund (CDF) projects at Katondo Clinic, raising concerns about contract management, documentation errors and the council’s request for additional funding. The Committee further noted that the Council submitted a report dated February 30, 2025, a non-existent date, given that February of that year ended on the 28th.
