THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has arrested and jointly charged Lyabwa Mukomena, an Assistant Accountant at the Department of National Parks and Wildlife in Chirundu, and Karlmarx Muhuli, alias “White Money”, a businessman, for corruption involving K30,000. ACC Acting Head of Corporate Communications Chilufya Chisanga says Muhuli and Mukomena, acting together, corruptly offered K30,000 in cash gratification to officers of the Department of National Parks and Wildlife based at the Chirundu office between August 10 and 30, 2024.
