ZESCO Board Chairperson Vickson Ncube says the power utility is borrowing in order to import 511MW of power. He has urged government institutions not to overly rely on Zesco’s understanding of their circumstances and to pay the debt owed to the company. Ncube adds that Zesco is not financially stable.
