ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro says the Commission has aligned its calendar with the current sitting of Parliament to ensure the Electoral Process Act is amended in time for nominations in May 2026. Kasaro adds that the Electoral Reform Technical Committee gave citizens an opportunity to submit proposals for possible changes to the Electoral Process Act, emphasising that the absence of submissions from some individuals does not mean other Zambians failed to submit.
