KENYAN Professor Patrick Lumumba has praised the recent visa-free arrangement between Ghana and Zambia but urges government to go a step further by granting visa-free entry to all Africans. And Prof Lumumba says Zambia accepting mining taxes in Chinese Yuan will only benefit China, not the local economy. He also says the reason the African Continental Free Trade Area cannot succeed is because of too many tariff barriers within the continent.
