SHIWANG’ANDU PF member of parliament Stephen Kampyongo has told Elvis Nkandu that he is “useless” and that he is the one who was supposed to be fired. Kampyongo has also welcomed immediate past Health Minister Elijah Muchima and his Small and Medium Enterprise counterpart Elias Mubanga to the backbench following their dismissal.
