FOLLOWING the Presidential directive to ensure that no child sits on the floor during classes, various councils across the country have embarked on procuring desks through the Constituency Development Fund (CDF). Over the years, learners, especially those in rural areas, have not had the privilege of comfortably sitting on proper desks as they attend classes.
