KAFUE Ward Councillor in Chililabombwe District, Danny Lukwesa, has accused the Patriotic Front administration of misappropriating K400,000 of Constituency Development Fund (CDF) that was allocated to construct a police post in his area. Instead of building the police post, Lukwesa says the PF mounted a container donated by Konkola Copper Mine (KCM), along with a small structure used as a toilet for both men and women.
