THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) says the delimitation of constituencies will not affect voters’ polling stations. Speaking on the Diamond TV Morning Live programme, Monday, ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro explained that the process would only affect the candidates voters would be voting for. “The registered voters out there, all they need to pay particular attention to is the polling station where they would like to go and vote.
