COMMOTION erupted at Government Complex in Lusaka after suspected Munali Constituency residents disagreed with their area MP’s submission. Munali UPND MP Mike Mposha suggested that Kalikiliki and Chainda be moved to Lusaka Central Constituency, much to the displeasure of the residents. Meanwhile, Lusaka District Electoral Officer Liftery Ndaba says two new constituencies for the district would be okay.
