NEW Heritage Party leader Chishala Kateka says the We’re One Zambia Alliance (WOZA) will hold its convention on February 27, following consultations by the council of elders. Kateka, who sits on the council of presidents under the alliance, stresses that alliances are formed not necessarily to remove the government of the day but to create a plan that can be implemented by people selected on merit, rather than party lines.
