PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has urged his appointees to refuse the appointment if they do not want to align with his government’s vision. And President Hichilema says he is watching Ambassadors as they are deployed to foreign countries, noting that some diplomats have a lot of “happy hours” and stagger in foreign lands, something he has never been seen doing.
