THE benefits of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) are spreading across the country, reaching even communities across the Zambezi River in Makuku Ward of Western Province. For residents of Makuku Ward, CDF is not just a policy discussed in town, it is a lived reality transforming schools and improving access to clean water. Isaac Chilemu, a resident of Makuku Ward, says the fund has significantly improved education infrastructure in the area.
