FOR years, traders around Lwimba Ward of Chongwe Constituency sold their goods in a dilapidated market, one with a thatched roof and walls thin enough to make them scatter when the wind blew even slightly. But all of that has changed after the 22 all-women member Twelekeshe Group received a K20,000 grant under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
