SAVENDA Electric and Electronic CEO Joo Chunga has told entrepreneurs and leaders that if they can’t replicate themselves in others, then they are a failure. Chunga says entrepreneurship is about foresight, standing by decisions, taking responsibility for failure and expecting no credit for success. Chunga further advises entrepreneurs to avoid the temptation of growing quickly without the infrastructure and capacity to manage a business.
