DISTRICT Electoral Officers in Central Province have submitted to the ECZ that an additional 18 new constituencies should be allocated to the province. Meanwhile, ECZ Chief Electoral Officer, Brown Kasaro, has deferred the Ngabwe District submission, explaining that the Commission places high value on stakeholder engagement. The deferment came after Ngabwe District Electoral Officer, Mpande Hamwende, made his submission without other representatives from the district.
