JACK Mwiimbu has noted that those whose properties have been seized are appealing their cases, thinking that the courts will be lenient as the country approaches the general elections. Mwiimbu, who is Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister, however, says he has no doubt that the courts are professional and will stick to the law.
