NEW Heritage Party president Chishala Kateka is challenging the Electoral Commission of Zambia to mention politicians who proposed the removal of the stamp from the ballot paper. And Nkana independent MP Binwell Mpundu says the Commission should be magnanimous enough and state if it was the UPND politicians who made the proposal.
