PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has urged young girls to refuse proposals from older men, saying they will abuse them and return to their wives. Meanwhile, the President has announced that his government will build public universities in North-Western, Luapula, Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Provinces.
