LCK Freedom Foundation Executive Director Linda Kasonde says civil society organisations may challenge government in court if it decides to proceed with signing the $1 billion US global health aid deal. Meanwhile, Kasonde says the country’s democratic space is shrinking, as opposition parties and ordinary citizens cannot freely exercise their right to march or demonstrate against an issue.
