CHILUBI PF MP Mulenga Fube has submitted to the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) that his decision to take Bill 7 to court should not be misconstrued as him opposing the delimitation process. Fube, who supported the submission by Chilubi DEO Kenneth Kafumbwe that the district agreed to the delimitation of Chilubi Constituency, said taking the Bill to court should not be used against him in deliberations on delimitation.
