POLICE have arrested and charged five Chingola men for giving false information to a public officer, after they alleged that their private parts had disappeared after a man tapped them on the shoulder. Police say Kapansa, 61, who was initially accused by the five men of tapping them on the shoulder and allegedly causing their private parts to disappear, filed a complaint against one of the suspects for assault. On Sunday, Police dismissed reports circulating on social media alleging that a man in Chingola was causing men’s private parts to disappear through physical contact.
