THE Ministry of Defence has ushered in a new Audit Committee, which will serve a three-year term. And Ministry of Defence Permanent Secretary Maambo Hamaundu says the ministry has recorded zero audit queries in the last two years, attributing this to the efforts of stakeholders. In a statement issued, Friday, Ministry’s Principal Public Relations Officer Paul Shalala said the Audit Committee consists of Kashinta Katongo as Chairperson and Kasumpa Kabalata as Vice Chairperson, among others.
