CHIEF Mnukwa of the Ngoni-speaking people says the Ngoni Royal Establishment is in full support of the delimitation process. Chief Mnukwa, who is also Chairperson of the Provincial Council of Chiefs, however, says the Royal Establishment feels there was no consultation with traditional leaders in the province, making the process appear politically motivated. ECZ Chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis has since apologised to the Royal Establishment on behalf of the Eastern Province DEOs for not engaging them.
