THE Lusaka City Council says a major milestone in community development has been reached with the completion of a modern community sports ground in Munali Constituency’s Ward 38 under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF). In a statement, the Council described the project as a clear example of how CDF is driving development through its key components, which include Secondary Boarding School and Skills Development Bursaries, Youth, Women and Community Empowerment, and Community-Based Projects.
