POLICE have arrested a total of 17 suspects in connection with the mob killing of a woman in Kalumbila over the alleged disappearance of a man’s private parts. And Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu says all individuals involved in the crime will be held accountable within the confines of the law.
