LUSAKA Province UPND Chairman Obvious Mwaliteta says chiefs can quietly talk to President Hakainde Hichilema if they feel there is no freedom of expression in the country. Recently, Chief Mabumba said there was no freedom of expression and speech in the country. This was after he and his Mpika counterpart, Chief Mpepo, paid a courtesy call on Tonse Alliance leader Brian Mundubile after he was released from police cells.
