THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has charged and arrested three individuals in connection with offences involving theft of $1 million. The individuals have been identified as Jeff Mwape aged 30, Chiwaya Lumayi, 34 and Wilson Mukuka, 35. In a statement, Friday, DEC Public Relations Officer Allan Tamba says Mwape, in his capacity as Director of Electus Capital Zambia Limited, jointly and whilst acting together with Lumayi and other persons unknown stole funds amounting to $1 million from his employer.
