FORMER PF deputy secretary general Mumbi Phiri says those defecting to the UPND do not have any value. Her comment comes after Kitwe Mayor Mwaya Mpasa, Chipata Independent Mayor George Mwanza, Roan Independent MP Joel Chibuye and others recently joined the UPND.
