POLICE have charged 12 individuals with murder in connection with the mob killing of a woman in Kalumbila. Police say 22 suspects have also been charged with riotous conduct. On Saturday, March 21, 46-year-old Eneless Hellen Kamutumbe of Chingola District was killed by a mob in Kalumbila District following suspicions that she was responsible for the disappearance of a man’s private parts.
