MINISTRY of Defence Permanent Secretary Maambo Hamaundu has urged youths not to resort to excessive alcohol consumption due to frustration, saying the ZNS programme can teach them endurance and how to take life as it comes. And Hamaundu says government will continue to maintain peace and security as the country approaches the election period.
