A POOR road network has hampered the construction of a 1×3 classroom block and the drilling of a water reticulation system under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) in Gwembe’s Syamasusu area. Meanwhile, Gwembe Town Council has outsourced earth-moving equipment to open up some roads that have been affecting service delivery.
