SPEAKER of the National Assembly, Nelly Mutti, officially commissioned the Kaoma Central Constituency parliamentary office in January this year, describing the facility as a significant step toward strengthening participatory democracy and bringing Parliament closer to the people. The Kaoma Central parliamentary office is the third such facility to be commissioned nationwide and the first in Western Province to be constructed using the Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
